Intermediate rents

Chevin Housing Association are one of many RSLs nationwide able to offer empty properties for let on a sub market rent basis known as intermediate rent.

Through the intermediate rent product you can rent a brand new or refurbished home at less than the market rent. The rent charged is normally 20% lower than what you would expect to pay for a similar one  if you were renting from a private landlord and you have assurance that your home is built, managed and let by a socially responsible Registered Social Landlord.

The scheme is government funded and aimed to help those who may not qualify for social renting but are unable to purchase or rent on the open market. The scheme means that high quality accommodation is available at affordable prices and allows tenants to consider purchasing the property at a later date, giving you time to save a deposit and settle into your home before taking that rewarding first step on to the property ladder!

Use the Rosa Homes search facility to look for homes available to rent across Yorkshire. Alternatively contact Rosa Homes on 0845 077 0027 for more information.
