Register for on-line services
If you are a new user, please follow the link below to register to view your personalised on-line services.
You will need your tenant reference number in order to register, e.g. SIM00062. This can be found in the top right hand corner of your quarterly rent statement. If you can't find this, please contact us and after a few security questions, we'll be happy to provide you with it.
Once registered you will be able to access the following:
- View my rent account
E-mail my housing officer- End my tenancy
- Update my details
- View my repair history
