Pay my rent

Pay my RentThere are many different ways you can pay your rent:

I would like to;

• pay my rent online  

You can use your debit card to pay online. Please click on pay my rent button below and follow the step by step guide.

You should have been given an Allpay card when you started your tenancy  but if  you do not have one please e-mail rents@chevinha.co.uk or e-mail your housing officer


• pay over the telephone

Please ring allpay on 0870 770 0472 and follow the step by step guide. You will need your allpay card and debit card to hand.


• pay by Direct Debit 

(Please click on pay by Direct Debit below to print off our form and  send the completed form to us at Chevin Housing Association, Harrison Street, Wakefield, WF1 1PS. Please note that we automatically change the amount of your direct debit when your rent changes. We accept payments on the 1st or 15th of each month)

• pay by Standing order

(Please click on pay by Standing order below to print off our form and send the completed form to your bank. Please note that you will need to tell your bank to amend your standing order if your rent changes. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly)

• pay by cheque 

Please make your cheque payable to Chevin Housing Association Ltd  and send it to Chevin Housing Association, Harrison Street, Wakefield, WF1 1PS. We will not normally issue a receipt, however if you would like one please let us know. Please write your tenant reference number and/or address on the back of the cheque.


• pay by cash   

Cash can be paid at any allpay outlet eg any post office using your allpay card or at any of our Area offices (by appointment). Please do not send cash through the post. You will be given a receipt for any payment made.

• pay by mobile phone                                                                            

Please log onto ‘allpayments.text' and follow the step by step guide to register your mobile phone. Once registered you can make a payment anytime, anyplace, anywhere!

 


• internet banking

If your bank allows you to pay this way, then we can accept your payments. Please contact us  for the details you will need.
