Want to move home
If you are one of our tenants and you want to move to another Chevin property you can apply for a transfer.
When considering your transfer request we will look at how you have conducted your current tenancy and the condition of your property. To qualify for a transfer you should have a clear rent account, have no history of anti-social behaviour and have lived in your current property for at least 6 months. In addition your property needs to be in a condition that would be considered acceptable to the majority of our tenants.

You can discuss your request for a transfer with them and they will complete our on line transfer application form whilst on the phone with you. Our staff will be happy to ring you back to save you the cost of the call.
