I have a complaint about Anti-Social Behaviour issues where I live
If this is the first time you have reported this, you will need to talk to your housing officer who will record all the details and let you know what we can do.

If you have already spoken to your housing officer and this is an ongoing issue, you may be put through to our specialist anti-social behaviour team.
Please note that you can now report incidents of anti-social behaviour out of normal working hours or at weekends by ringing 0845 5436415. This is a helpline run by Sitex/Orbis on behalf of Chevin Housing Association.
If the complaint is one of racial harassment, other form of hate crime, or domestic violence, the case should be immediately referred, in the first instance to a member of Anti-Social Behaviour team or failing that an area manager or housing officer. We have a policy that states we will commence investigation of such complaints within one working day.
