Credit Unions

 

Credit Unions offer some fantastic services to help your money to go further through Christmas Saver accounts and other savings accounts that usually pay generous dividends at the end of each year.

 

Several Credit Unions now offer basic banking services and if you do decide to use them then your money will be safe, as all credit unions are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme under the FSA.

 

As far as loans go, Credit Unions offer some fantastic rates of interest, especially when compared with doorstep lenders, as illustrated in the table below.
