One group based housing management solution
The Together Housing Group began its evaluation and review of the best integrated housing management system solutions available on the market in November 2010. The aim being, to adopt a single ‘group' based housing management solution.
Members of the Group currently use a wide variety of different Housing Management and ancillary systems. The Group wanted a fully integrated housing management solution enabling all parts of the Group to operate as a ‘joined up' organisation enabling events occurring in one area of the business to be fully visible in real-time to other areas of the business.
Other key requirements of the solution was the ability to support and manage all staff who operate remotely, by providing them with the capability and opportunity to readily gain real-time mobile access to core system data and information, a group wide document management system to ensure key documents are available to relevant staff regardless of physical location, and a dynamic scheduling system to ensure efficient scheduling for technical operatives.
Following a thorough evaluation, including a number of product demonstrations and customer reference site visits, The Together Housing Group chose QL Housing from Aareon UK Ltd who will provide the core system and draw together the expertise of strategic partners 1st Touch for Mobile Solution, Documotive for EDM, and Opti-time for dynamic workforce scheduling.
