Rent Increase 4th April 2011
If you are a tenant you should receive a letter within the next few days to let you know that your rent and some other services will change from 4 April 2011.
The letter will tell you the exact amount of the new rent and charges.
If you receive Housing Benefit or Supporting People funding, they will be automatically adjusted to take account of these increases, so there is no need to re-apply for them.
If you are not receiving Housing Benefit, and you feel you may have difficulty paying your rent, you should apply for it. Please contact us on 0845 270 1088 and we will post an application form to you.
