Our Performance
How are we doing
We measure how well we are doing in key areas of our services against agreed targets. Our targets are usually based upon what the best social landlords are achieving and we also have to monitor our performance against the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) standards. In our latest resident satisfaction survey, you told us that our repairs service, the quality of your home and dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB) were the most important areas of our service to you, so we have highlighted those areas here.
There is more information about our performance in the leaflet, "Your Views" which will be enclosed with the Summer edition of Chevin Life.
As part of our commitment to tell you about our performance against the six TSA standards and our resident-agreed ‘local offers', we have included a column which shows you to which one of these areas the performance measure applies.
Please look at our ‘Residents' Annual Report 2010' or our booklet ‘Local Offers and Your Service Standards Explained' for more information orcontact George Walker, Performance and Business Improvement Manager at george.walker@togetherhousing.co.uk or phone 01924 831793 if you have any feedback on our performance.
