Armchair Panel
One of our most popular methods of involvement is our armchair panel. With over 200 members we are able to consult with residents aon a variety of subjects inluding new policies, procedures and specifications, ask for their views via opinion surveys and seek ideas and suggestions for improving our services.
We will send all information out by post or e-mail and residents can respond to us from the comfort of their own home by freepost, e-mail or telephone.
