Estate Walkabouts and Resident Inspectors
Each estate or scheme has its own walkabout that are arranged in advance. Housing officers and technical officers meet with residents to monitor estate services such as gardening and cleaning and meet with our contractors to keep standards high.
Some residents are inspectors for their scheme or estate. Being a resident inspector involves completing performance monitoring sheets and working closely with your housing officer to ensure standards are kept at a high level.
