Spotlight Days
During each year we hold one-off events, known as 'Spotlight Days' to review our policies, procedures and services. We try and get a representative group of residents together, to seek opinions and suggestions for improvement of our services. These events and are advertised in our quarterly magazine, Chevin Life, and on the 'events' page of the 'what's new' section.
It's another opportunity for you to influence the services that we provide!
The first Spotlight Day of 2012 will take place on Monday 5th March 2012 and will be reviewing our resident involvement work in 2011 and making plans for 2012 as well as reviewing our resident involvement 'value for money' work over the past year.
