Spotlight Events
During each year we hold one-off days or 'Spotlight Events' to review our policies, procedures and services. We try and get a representative group of tenants and residents together, to seek opinions and suggestions for improvement of our services. These events and are advertised in our quarterly newsletter, Chevin Views and on the 'events' page of the 'what's new' section.
It's another opportunity for you to influence the services that we provide!
Our planned Spotlight Events for 2010 are:
- 9th March - Anti-Social Behaviour Policy/Vulnerable Adults Policy/Website Review
- 16th March - Asset Management Strategy/Adaptations Policy
- 14th July - programme to be confirmed
- 20th July - Contact Centre Consultation
