Our Community Development Work

Chevin's community development and regeneration team has years of experience of advising groups about setting up, how to seek grant funding and how to develop project ideas.  Even small amounts of funding can make a difference to some groups. We have been successful in obtaining all sorts of grants of varying amounts ranging from £50 to £600,000.

Our staff are always happy to meet and advise individuals or groups who require help with funding or development ideas. We have access to a large database of possible funders.

We often have queries regarding child protection and vulnerable person policies and we can advise what groups need to do to ensure they comply with legislation and best practice.

We also have a range of model constitutions, policies and procedures that you can request and that may be suitable if you want to set up a group in your area.  If you would like more information or have an idea for a community project that you would like advice with or to talk through with a member of staff, please contact our Community Development Officer, Glenn Burton on 01924 831715 or glenn.burton@togetherhousing.co.uk
