Tenant Participation Advisory Service
Established in 1988, the Tenant Participation Advisory Service, known as TPAS, is an organisation that acts as a vital connection between tenants, landlords and the Government to help create successful relationships.
By informing tenants how to challenge and influence how their housing services are delivered, the quality of life for tenants is improved and this can assist landlords to make their services more efficient and effective.
TPAS offer support, guidance and training for tenants at a local and national level.
