Tenants' Training Scheme

Would you like to learn a new skill?

Want to improve your job prospects?

Do you need a qualification so that you can apply for jobs?

If you live in a Chevin property and can answer "Yes" to any of the questions above, then we may be able to sponsor you to study for a qualification. We can help by:

  • Paying your course fees
  • Reimbursing your travel costs & childcare or carer costs (where applicable)
  • Paying for any books or materials that you require for your course

To be considered for this scheme your proposed course will:

  • Be a recognised course run by, for example, a school, college, university, or be a home study course
  • Help you to improve your job or promotion prospects

If you think you may qualify, please contact Gill Green, Service Improvement Coordinator on 0114 2417714, or text or call 0773 991 9161 or e-mail g.green@chevinha.co.uk or write to Chevin Housing Association, 2 Carbrook Street, Sheffield, S9 2JE.
