Tenants' Training Scheme

Would you like to learn a new skill?

Want to improve your job prospects?

Do you need a qualification so that you can apply for jobs?

If you live in a Chevin property and can answer "Yes" to any of the questions above, then we may be able to sponsor you to study for a qualification. We can help by:

  • Paying your course fees
  • Reimbursing your travel costs & childcare or carer costs (where applicable)
  • Paying for any books or materials that you require for your course

To be considered for this scheme your proposed course will:

  • Be a recognised course run by, for example, a school, college, university, or be a home study course
  • Help you to improve your job or promotion prospects

If you think you may qualify, please contact Gill Green, Performance and Business Improvement Co-ordinator on 0114 2417714, or text or call 0773 991 9161 or e-mail gill.green@togetherhousing.co.uk or write to Chevin Housing Association, 2 Carbrook Street, Sheffield, S9 2JE.
