The Tenants' and Residents' Organisations of England, known as TAROE, is a national tenant representative organisation. Through tenant and resident group membership they represent the interests of almost five million tenants and residents within the regulated housing sector.

TAROE is a tenant-led organisation that provides support, guidance and information for tenants' and residents' groups. TAROE utilises the expertise of tenant members to work towards equal rights and an improved quality of life for all tenants.
