Resident Involvement Strategy

Our Resident Involvement Strategy has been developed with our tenants and residents.  Our aim is to ensure there are as many opportunities as possible for tenants and residents to get involved in the work we do.  Please click on the the link below to view this document.

Any resident or constituted group of residents that wishes to discuss options for managing their own estate services via resident management can contact:

Help us to ensure the services we offer you are of the highest quality

The performance panel welcome suggestions from residents about specific service areas to investigate. Please click on the link below if you have a suggestion for a topic to be reviewed.
