Resident Involvement
Resident Involvement Statement
Every year we develop an involvement statement, written with residents to agree the priority areas that we will work on over the following 12 months. We report progress made to our residents' panels and at the end of the year we assess the overall impact we've made. Please click on the link below to view the resident involvement impact assessment for 2010/11.
Resident Involvement Impact Assessment 2010/11
Resident Involvement Statement 2011/12
Over the past 12 months we have had another big increase in the amount of hours 'given' to us by residents. Residents provide us with their time, their interest and their skills and knowledge in a range of subject areas and this is very valuable to us.
The table below shows the increase in hours since 2007.
2007/08 | 2008/09 | 2009/10 | 2010/11 |
2,330 hours | 6,948 hours | 11,400 hours | 13,550 hours |
Please note: the figure for 2010/11 is based on 25 people who are the most involved with the work we do and 60 people being involved in a less active capacity.
Resident Involvement Policy and Strategy
Our Resident Involvement Policy and Strategy have been developed with our tenants and residents. Our aim is to ensure there are as many opportunities as possible for tenants and residents to get involved in the work we do. Please click on the the link below to view these documents.
