These values reflect our role as a landlord, investor in the community and as an employer.

  • Providing quality housing for identified need
  • Developing in areas where people want to live
  • Innovative design
  • Improving the sustainability of our homes
  • Reducing our carbon footprint
  • Supporting and encouraging balanced, diverse communities.

  • Providing support packages to vulnerable tenants to enable them to live within the wider community
