Our Equality and Diversity Panel
Chevin recognises the importance of having senior figures within the organisation as ‘Champions' for equality and diversity issues. In 2005, Chevin established our Equality and Diversity Steering Group, which has co-ordinated and overseen significant progress in the area of equality and diversity.The Group has since been renamed ‘Equality and Diversity Panel' and it is now part of Chevin's formal governance structure, reporting directly to the Parent Board. Members of the Panel represent all of the departments at Chevin. We also have three resident / Board members on the Panel and a representative from one of our managing agents, Richmond Fellowship.
