Majeed Rehman
Majeed has Masters (MA) in Business from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
Majeed has extensive experience in organisational development and change management and has successfully worked with private and public sector organisations. He has carried out OD reviews and has developed and implemented strategies aimed at improving business performance through positive changes to people management, competence, communication, systems and structures.
His experience includes work as senior advisor in the Learning and Skills Council where he successfully managed large public sector projects within the manufacturing, distribution, logistics, transport, travel and tourism sectors. While at the LSC he also advised and supported many of the regions major employers including Coca Cola, Toyota, Rockware Glass, Primary Care Trusts with strategic reviews, performance management development, leadership development, communication, equality and diversity strategies.
Majeed has been a Chevin Board member since 2002.
