What we promise you in return is a rewarding career with one of the most successful housing providers in the North.

The key to Chevin's success is; an awareness that everyone is an individual and we appreciate that the success of Chevin depends on the diversity of people, each with their own personality, outlook on life and their own interests and needs.

In January 2007 the Audit Commission awarded Chevin with an admirable two star achievement with promising prospects. The Audit Commission commended the Group's strong leadership provided by the Board and Group Management Team, and effective human resource management. Financial management was appraised as robust and financial resources healthy.

The Commission's comment ‘Chevin's staff are professional, motivated, understand and demonstrate the organisation's culture .......' reinforce how important our staff are to the organisation. We have also been accredited as an Investor in People since 1994; are committed to promoting career opportunities for BME people and recognised by the JobCentre Plus for our commitment to people with disabilities and have been awarded the Disability symbol for several years.
