Our customers have told us that they prefer to be rehoused within 2 years of applying to us therefore we manage our waiting lists so that we accept people who have a realistic chance of being rehoused. This means that from time to time some of lists might be closed. However, where this is the case and you are in urgent need of rehousing our staff will provide you with advice on alternative options which may help your housing need

If you would like to discuss your application for rehousing, need help completing the form or would like to find out more about the homes we have, please contact our Customer Contact team on 0845 270 1088 or click on our Property Search.

We have flats and houses for everyone, single people & couples of all ages and for small and large families. Please fill in the form giving us as much detail as possible and return the form to us.

If you are unsure if you are going to be able to afford to run a home, our booklet below will help you understand the costs involved.

 Just click on the image.

The cost of running a home

If you need help with rehousing in areas we do not have properties you could contact other Housing Associations or Local authorities who maybe able to help.

Alternatively you could contact your local Citizen's Advice Bureau if you need any advice.

Please click here to view a copy of the Tenant Services Authority booklet "A charter for housing association applicants and residents"
