Please note that the below property lists only show schemes where the waiting lists are currently open.

Our customers have told us that they prefer to be rehoused within 2 years of applying to us therefore we manage our waiting lists so that we accept people who have a realistic chance of being rehoused. This means that from time to time some of lists might be closed. However, where this is the case and you are in urgent need of rehousing our staff will provide you with advice on alternative options which may help your housing need

If you want to view all our schemes you can do so in the Property search section. You can search by area, property type, bed size or best chance. However you are only able to apply for schemes where the waiting list are open.

If you need help with rehousing in areas we do not have properties or where our waiting lists are closed you could contact other Housing Associations or Local authorities who maybe able to help. Please note that we let half of our vacancies to local authority nominations (either via Choiced based lettings schemes or direct nominations from the local authority)

Alternatively you could contact your local Citizen's Advice Bureau if you need any advice on rehousing options.
