That really depends on the type of property that you are applying for and is something that should be discussed with the Housing Officer. As a general rule of thumb if there is a communal entrance and a communal garden then pets are not allowed. Once you become a tenant you would need to gain permission from your Housing Officer before acquiring a pet.
