Regeneration
Chevin works across Yorkshire & the Humber region and North Derbyshire in a wide cross section of communities including former coal mining villages and towns, inner city areas, rural and isolated communities and urban estates. We provide housing for people and we also work and support residents to build sustainable communities and neighbourhoods. The group has a long history of supporting the voluntary and community sector in the communities in which it works. We are committed to working in partnership with the community, local authorities, other social landlords, Police and other statutory agencies to ensure a co-ordinated approach to service provision and local facilities.

Resources and Outcomes
Chevin has an excellent track record of drawing down money from governmental and charitable organisations to support local initiatives. We can also provide direct funding to support and develop local residents' groups. Our aim is to increase the well-being of our communities whether that is through providing diversions for young people, social activities for the elderly or employment and education opportunities for young families.
