Welcome to Chevin tenants' log-in area.
If you are a new user please Register for on-line services before logging in.
Once registered, you will need your tenant reference to log in, for example, SMI00620. This can be found at the top of your quarterly rent statement. If you don't have this reference to hand, please contact us and after a few security questions, we'll be able to pass this onto you.
In the log-in area you will be able to access the following services:
- View my rent account
E-mail my housing officer- End my tenancy
- Update my details
- View my repair history
