How do I pay my rent?
You can set up a direct debit or a standing order - please contact 0845 270 1088 and ask to speak to a member of staff from the Finance Department.
Alternatively we can issue you with an ‘Allpay' card. With this card you can pay your rent with cash, cheque or debit card at a pay point, post office by telephone or on their internet site. Allpay also let you pay via text message.
By 'Callpay' - you can pay by debit card either in person at your local Chevin office or by ringing us on 0845 2701088.
You can also pay your rent online or by cheque, cash or via your mobile phone. Please see the 'Pay my rent' section of the website for further details about how you can pay your rent.
If you are claiming Housing Benefit, please ensure that you deal promptly with the Housing Benefit department so that they can set your payments up to Chevin Housing Association - these are paid to us four weekly in arrears.
