Consumer Panel
This is a group of tenants and residents who specifically monitor estate services such as gardening and cleaning and meet with our contractors to keep standards high.
There is currently a consumer panel covering the South Yorkshire area that meets periodically to discuss these local estate services. We will be developing new panels to look at our communal cleaning and gardening services in other areas where we have homes over the next year.
