Service Specific Days
From time to time, we review a particular service or aspect of our service. We try and get a representative group of tenants together, to seek opinion of our services, or we arrange a training event or an information day. These are one off events. Last year we held two of these on service standards and service charges. It's another opportunity for you to influence the services that we provide!
