We plan to look at particular areas of our services where we think we can make improvements or where customer satisfaction is low. We get a group of tenants and staff come together to look at how we can change the way we work to improve the end product. The reviews last a few months, usually with a requirement to attend meetings. You can register your interest in particular service areas, like lettings, maintenance, rents or for any review we do.
