Caroline Hunter

Caroline Hunter is a senior lecturer in law at the University of Manchester. She is a qualified barrister specialising in housing and local government. She has published a number of books on housing law, and has been involved in a number of research projects examining the interaction of law and housing management, including into possession for rent arrears and the use of legal and other remedies to tackle anti-social behaviour.
Caroline is member of the Chevin Parent Board and also sits as a part-time chair of the Residential Property Tribunal.
